Visionary Business Technologies LLC ("Company", "we", "us") provides enterprise AI development, workflow automation, and systems integration services. This Privacy Policy governs our handling of client-provided business data, proprietary documentation, database credentials, and operational records during consulting assessments and technical implementations.

In the course of engineering custom AI pipelines, clients may provide access to internal databases, APIs, CRM accounts, and document repositories. All such materials remain the exclusive intellectual and proprietary property of the client. We access client data solely to fulfill agreed project deliverables.

We enforce strict data isolation protocols. We never submit proprietary client data, employee records, or confidential business documents to public AI models or training sets. All third-party model inference utilized in our integrations runs via enterprise API agreements that contractually guarantee zero data retention for training purposes.

All API keys, tokens, and database credentials supplied to us must be transmitted through encrypted password management platforms. Upon project verification, delivery of source assets, and expiration of the standard 30-day warranty period, all temporary sandbox credentials and local working copies of client files are securely purged from our staging servers.
