Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Visionary Business Technologies LLC provides dedicated, custom engineering and consulting services, our cancellation and refund policies are structured around completed milestones, allocated engineering hours, and reserved development sprints.

Cancellations requested more than 24 hours prior to the initial scheduled discovery session are eligible for a full 100% refund. Once the initial discovery session has taken place or architectural auditing has commenced, fees for the Opportunity Assessment are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of senior engineering personnel.

For multi-stage implementation packages (AI Automation Setup, Custom AI Integration, and Complete Business AI Implementation): (a) Prior to Discovery & Analysis kick-off, clients may cancel for a full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee. (b) Following commencement of Development, fees for completed and approved milestone stages are non-refundable. (c) Unbilled or uncommenced subsequent milestones will be canceled with no further obligation.

We stand behind our engineering deliverables. If an implemented workflow or API integration fails to perform according to the written technical specifications within thirty (30) days of live deployment, our team will remediate and correct the defects at zero additional charge.
